摘要

针对目前大部分的相对转速测量方法都不能完全满足军事、工业领域的小体积、抗高过载的测量要求,提出了一种基于磁阻传感器的相对转速测量系统。该系统通过对磁阻传感器采集的固定时间长度非对称周期信号进行FFT变换,在频谱分析中得到主要的频率分量,从而得到该时间长度内的平均转速,并通过检测其时域数据波形来判断相对旋转方向。该系统具有体积小,结构简单,受外界环境制约小等优点,可广泛应用于各种相对转速测量领域。

Abstract

Since most relative rotational speed measurement methods cannot completely meet the measurement requirements for small volume and anti-high overload in military and industrial regions, a kind of relative rotational speed measurement system based on magnetic resistance sensor was proposed. The system obtains the main frequency component in the spectrum analysis through the FFT transformation of the fixed length of time asymmetric periodic signal collected by the magnetic resistance sensor, and then gets the average rotational speed in the length of time. It can also determine the direction of relative rotation by detecting the wave-form in time domain. The system has the advantages of small size, simple structure; less constrained by the external environment, and can be widely used in various areas of the relative rotational speed measurement.
