The basic principle of high overload step-stress testing for fuze was introduced, and the impact times conversion of high overload mechanical impact step-stress testing for fuze was discussed. Analysis method of data conversion was brought forward, then impact times conversion of high overload mechanical impact step-stress testing in category of engineering test was preliminarily studied through quoting statistical testing analysis method under Weibull distribution. Finally, the feasibility of this method was illustrated by experimental data.
