In order to improve safety and reliable performance of arming device of MEMS fuze, and for the defect that the non-cut type recoil card pin was affected by the recoil before arming, its arming trip was diminished and the security of the system was reduced, a new form of cut-type recoil card pin was proposed. Simulation results proved that the displacement of the cut-type recoil card pin along the direction of the recoil was nearly zero in the high-g environment, under the launch conditions of 10000g recoil acceleration, the recoil card pin was sheared completely by the recoil slider and armed successfully. The arming trip of the cut-type recoil card pin was larger, the security of the system was greater, and meanwhile, it can meet the requirement of reliability.
