摘要

为满足中小口径火炮、弹箭内弹道压力参数测试需求,研制微小型电容式高压传感器。介绍了电容式高压传感器机械部分的设计思想,详细的列出了计算过程。采用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS分别对壳体和端盖结构进行了瞬态分析、静力分析,得到壳体动态响应与端盖静态响应,结果表明设计满足强度要求,同时为测试电路设计提供了依据。

Abstract

To meet the test requirements of interior ballistic pressure parameters of small-caliber artillery, a small capacitor high pressure sensor was developed. The design thought of the mechanical part of capacitor high pressure sensor was introduced and the detail of calculation process was listed. The transient analysis and static analysis were respectively made for the case and the cover respectively with large-scale finite element analysis software ANSYS, the dynamic response of the case and the static response of the cover were got. The result shows that this design meets intensity requirement and it provides basis for the test circuit design.
