摘要

制导炮弹转速过高会影响其制导精度,采用滑动导带可大幅降低线膛炮发射弹丸的转速。对三圆孔式滑动导带环的结构和作用原理进行了详细介绍,通过对某产品所采用的三圆孔式滑动导带环进行理论计算与仿真分析,得出该滑动导带环的结构强度满足设计要求且减旋与闭气效果良好,通过试验验证了计算与仿真的正确性,并提出了滑动导带环设计及需要控制的关键点,对滑动导带环的设计具有一定参考意义。

Abstract

The high speed of the guided projectile will affect the guidance precision. The speed of the projectile launched by the rifted gun can be greatly reduced by using the sliding guide belt. In this paper, the structure and action principle of three circular hole sliding guide belt ring are introduced in detail. The working principle of the sliding guide ring for the guided projectile launched by the linear bore gun is analyzed. Combined with the simulation analysis and test verification, the design of the sliding guide ring and the key points to be controlled are put forward, which has certain reference significance for the design of the sliding guide ring.
