摘要

简要介绍了弹药制动冲脱试验原理及国内外现状,针对我国上舰机载弹药制动冲脱试验方法和标准的不足,提出了采用火箭橇技术模拟舰上机载弹药制动冲脱试验新方法,并对该方法的原理、关键技术进行了分析和仿真计算,最后通过实例验证。结果表明该试验方法可行,能满足机载弹药制动冲脱试验要求,也可供弹药安全性研究人员参考。

Abstract

This paper briefly introduces the principle of braking&inertial running out safety test and the present situation at home and abroad. In view of the shortage for the airborne ammunition to carry out braking & inertial running out safety test, a new method to simulate the braking & inertial running out safety test of ammunition on board based on rocket-sled technology is developed, and its technical principles, key technologies were analyzed and simulated, which was verified combined with test. The results show that the new test method fully satisfies the safety test requirements for the airborne ammunition, which also provide reference for the ammunition safety test researchers.
