在导弹及飞机型号的高速推力矢量、喷流影响类风洞试验中,天平本身的零点温度效应将严重地影响风洞试验数据的可靠性、准确性及试验效率。文中从天平零点温度效应存在的机理出发,开展了天平零点温度效应补偿技术研究。该项技术在FL-3的某飞机喷管推力损失和喷管载荷高速风洞试验中得以应用验证,风洞试验结果表明:该技术很好地保证了风洞试验数据的精准度,提高了风洞试验效率,从而降低了风洞试验成本。

In high thrust vector and jet-flow wind tunnel tests of guided missiles and airplanes, the zero temperature of balance affects the reliability and accuracy of test data. In this paper, based on the mechanism of balance zero temperature effect, the technology on zero temperature compensation of balance is developed. And the technology is successfully verified in nozzle thrust loss and load measurement tests of an airplane in FL-3. The tests result shows that this method ensured the accuracy of wind tunnel test data and also reduced the cost of wind tunnel test by increasing efficiency.
