摘要

为探究美军新型5.56mm步枪弹M855A1的杀伤力、穿甲能力与其原型步枪弹M855相比有何优势,利用三维非线性有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA对M855A1、M855步枪弹侵彻明胶、钢靶、松木靶的作用过程进行了数值模拟。对两种步枪弹在侵彻过程中的结构变化、能量传递等进行了对比分析。结果表明步枪弹M855A1较于M855具有更好的停止作用与穿甲作用。得出了M855A1的结构对小口径步枪弹的设计具有很大参考价值的结论。

Abstract

To explore the advantages of the US Army's new 5.56 mm rifle bullet M855A1 in terms of lethality and piercing ability compared to its prototype rifle bullet M855, three-dimensional non-linear finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA was used to simulate the action of M855A1 and M855 rifle shells penetrating gelatin, steel target and pine target. Structural changes and energy transfer of the two kinds of rifle projectiles during penetration were compared. The results show that the rifle projectile M855A1 has better stopping and piercing effect than M855. It is concluded that the structure of M855A1 has great reference value for the design of small-caliber rifle projectiles.
