为了提高导弹实验室可靠性鉴定试验的可信性,首要的是准确复现导弹发射飞行环境条件。文中在对某型导弹发射飞行力学环境实测的基础上,对获得的实测数据进行了必要的分析处理,给出了振动实测谱和规范谱的归纳方法。在此基础上,形成了用于实验室可靠性鉴定试验的振动试验条件。实践表明该方法满足工程应用需要,操作步骤取舍得当,易于实现。

To improve credibility of reliability qualification test, environmental conditions of launching and flight process for a missile must be reproduced accurately. Based on actually measured data obtained from launching and flight process of a missile, the analysis on data was made, and the inductive method was given for the actually measured spectrum and normative spectrum of vibration. The vibration test condition forms which can be used in reliability qualification test. The practice has proved that the method meets requirements of engineering application and the operational procedure is chosen rightly and can be easily realized.
