易碎盖开启过程流场计算与分析

摘要

发射装置中采用的易碎盖开启方式涉及复杂的流动现象。针对发射箱后盖达到开启条件后边界条件的变化对流动计算带来的困难,采用动网格技术模拟后盖脱落运动过程,并利用分区边界的类型变化模拟后盖破裂过程,对易碎盖开启过程发射箱内的流场变化情况进行了研究。通过对比后盖达到开启条件后边界的不同处理方式所对应的流场情况,认识到达到开启条件时后盖运动和破碎过程对发射箱内燃气扰动波的产生和传递有重要影响.

Abstract

The fluid field of frangible cover opening by gas jet is complexly unsteady. In order to solve the problem caused by boundary changes of back cover after pressure arriving the opening condition, dynamic mesh was used to deal with its movement, and fragmental boundary conditions which can be modified one by one were used to simulate its break. Some different flow fields were analyzed with different boundary conditions. Comparison of the simulation results shows that the process of back cover opening which followed with break and movement is important to the wave's creation and transmission in launching canister.
