摘要

为提升含有内嵌结构紧凑型EFP的毁伤效能,文中基于AUTODYN,对含有圆柱体型、圆柱体-圆柱体组合型、圆柱体-圆台组合型内嵌结构的EFP战斗部的成型形状及速度进行了模拟及分析.结果表明:在内嵌结构体积恒定的条件下,其参数在适当范围内变化时,对成型EFP的速度影响不大,但对气动外形影响较大.结论:当选用圆柱体-圆台组合型内嵌结构时,可以获得结构紧凑、长径比及速度较大(文中仿真结果分别为5和1788m/s)、气动外形合理的成型EFP.

Abstract

For improving damage effectiveness of EFP with embedded structure, based on the AUTODYN, simulation and analysis on forming shape and velocity of EFP warheads with embedded structures containing single cylinder, double cylinders, combined cylinder and circular truncated cone were performed respectively. The results indicate that when embedded structure volume keeps constant, and structural parameters change in suitable ranges, three types of embedded structures above may influence a little on EFP velocity but significant influence on aerodynamic shape. Conclusion: the embedded structure containing combined cylinder and circular truncated cone with reasonable characteristic parameters can bring EFP with a compact structure, relatively good aspect ratio and velocity (5 and 1 788 m/s respectively obtained in this paper), reasonable aerodynamic shape.
