摘要

目前转速测量的方法通常采用雷达法和光学高速摄影法,但其测量方法成本高、不能实时显示数据。因此设计了内测法测量弹丸的转速,将测试装置放置在弹丸内部,利用薄膜式地磁传感器切割磁感线产生感应电动势来反应弹丸的转速变化,并提出了处理转速的新方法——中心点处求法。通过多次实验,验证了该系统的可行性,与现有方法相比,测得结果误差小、精度高,对今后研究弹丸的章动参数都有很高的参考价值。

Abstract

Currently, rotational speed is commonly measured by radar and optical high-speed photography method, but their high cost and failure in real-time data display result in falling back on the method for rotational speed measurement. Therefore, internal measurement was designed to test projectile speed. Test devices are installed inside projectile, and rotational speed change could be reflected by induced electromotive force produced by diaphragmatic geomagnetic sensors cutting magnetic induction line, and a new method for processing speed was proposed, which was center point method. Through several experiments, feasibility of the system was verified. Compared with conventional method, the measured result was small in error with high precision, and this could be referred for future research on projectile nutation parameter.
