摘要

引信的安全性和可靠性一直是该领域研究的热点。基于某引信的瞎火事故,文中介绍了该引信的基本结构和作用原理,采用故障树分析法(FTA)对系统建立故障树,进行失效模式分析,最后给出了引信的故障模式分析结果,找到了引信的薄弱环节及潜在弱点,为防止或减少故障的发生提供有力依据。研究表明,该引信瞎火应是其内部零件变形所致。

Abstract

The safety and reliability of fuze had been a hot research in this field. Based on the accident of the misfire fuze, this article introduced the basic structure and the action principle of the fuze, and used FTA method to establish system fault tree and analyze the failure mode. Finally, the failure mode analysis result of fuze was given. The weak links and potential weakness of the fuze were found to provide a basis for preventing or reducing the occurrence of failure. Research showed that the misfire of the fuze was caused by the deformation of the internal parts.
