摘要

为考核气囊动能弹的致伤效应,首先利用控制容积法对气囊静态充气膨胀过程进行了仿真分析,所设计的气囊系统能够在10ms内完成充气膨胀,形成半轴长分别为60mm、60mm、50mm的椭球形气囊。其次,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件对气囊动能弹以70m/s、80m/s、90m/s的初速对人体的动态打击效应开展了仿真研究,得到了气囊动能弹的打击效果图、应力分布云图等,仿真表明速度为80m/s条件下气囊动能弹具有良好的非致命效应和打击效果。

Abstract

In order to examine the wounding effect of airbag kinetic energy ammunition, firstly, the control volume method was used to make the simulation analysis of static airbag inflation process. The simulation result demonstrated that the airbag system could finish the inflation within 10 ms, so as to form the ellipsoid airbag which half axle lenghes were 60 mm, 60 mm and 50 mm respectively. Secondly, the ANSYS/LS-DYNA software was utilized to make a dynamic simulation analysis of wounding effect caused by airbag kinetic energy ammunition with 70 m/s, 80 m/s and 90 m/s initial velocity respectively. Then the striking effect diagram and the stress distribution nephogram of airbag kinetic energy ammunition were obtained. The simulation result demonstrated that the airbag kinetic energy ammunition possessesd favorable non-lethal effect and strike effect under the condition of the speed of 80 m/s.
