破片对地面装甲车毁伤评估计算方法研究

摘要

为了科学地对地面装甲车毁伤进行评估,从弹丸近炸空间形成破片散布的特点和机理,建立了破片战斗部对地面装甲车毁伤评估计算模型,分析了弹丸随机状态下近炸形成破片与装甲车的空间关系。根据装甲车部件毁伤模式,研究了装甲车易燃、易爆、易损部件的毁伤准则,并结合部件的毁伤权重,推导出了部件毁伤计算模型和装甲车毁伤概率模型,形成了破片数量与侵彻面积条件概率下的毁伤评估方法。通过计算与分析得出了不同弹丸炸点高度、不同入射角以及装甲车不同易损区权重差异等条件下破片对装甲车的毁伤效果;计算结果发现,在弹丸与装甲车的交汇过程中,近炸高度越小,弹丸入射角越小,装甲车被毁伤的概率越大,并从破片数量作用在每个易损区分布状态,分析了装甲车在有效破片数作用下的毁伤情况,得出了有效破片数量越多,毁伤效果越好。

Abstract

In order to scientifically evaluate the damage effect against ground armored vehicles, based on the characteristics and mechanism of warhead fragment dispersion formed by projectile proximity explosion in space, a calculation model for evaluating damage to groundarmored vehicles by warhead fragment is established in this paper, and the spatial relationship between warhead fragments formed by projectile proximity explosion and armored vehicles under random intersection state is analyzed. According to the damage mode of armored vehicle parts, the damage criteria of flammable, explosive and vulnerable parts of armored vehicles are studied, combined with the damageweight of components, the damage calculation model of components and the damage probability model of armored vehicle are derived, andthe damage evaluation method under the condition of the number of warhead fragments and penetration area conditional probability isformed. Through calculation and analysis, the damage effect of warhead fragments on armored vehicle is given under the conditions of different projectile explosion position, different incidence angle and different weight difference of vulnerable area of armored vehicle; the calculation results show that in the process of intersection of projectile and armored vehicle, the smaller the projectile proximity explosionheight and the smaller the intersection angle, the greater the damage probability of armored vehicle. From the state of the number of warhead fragments hitting each vulnerable area, the damage of the armored vehicle under the effect of the effective number of warhead fragments is analyzed, the results show that the more the number of effective warhead fragments, the better the damage effect.
