为了检验和考核新的六自由度体轴系校准系统的测试精度,研制了一台高精度的六分量应变天平。文中主要介绍了天平的结构型式、设计应变、静动态校准等。该天平在国内4个单位不同轴系的校准设备上进行了校准,校准精准度结果优于GJB2244-94规定的指标要求,同时进行了动态性能考核试验。试验结果表明,该天平性能优良,能够满足天平校准系统精度测试要求。

In order to test and assess test precision of shaft calibration system for a new six DOF body, a high-precision six-componentstrain balance was developed. The structure, design strain and static and dynamic calibration of the balance were introduced. The balance was calibrated on different calibration equipment of four domestic companies. The result of calibration accuracy is better than the target set GJB2244-94 requirements, meanwhile the dynamic performance tests have been carried on. The test results show that the balance performance is good and can satisfy the precision of the test requirements.
