摘要

针对已有评估技术存在的不足,提出了一种基于区间数的防空保卫目标价值评估技术。分析了影响防空保卫目标价值的评价指标,建立了权重为区间数的保卫目标综合评价模型,给出了保卫目标价值的排序方法。最后通过实例分析验证,该技术评估结果准确,能有效减小误差,对指挥员科学决策具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract

Considering the deficiency of known air defense target value evaluation technology, a new method based on interval number was presented. The evaluation ingredients which influence air defense target value were proposed, the comprehensive evaluation model with interval-valued weight was established, and the ranking method for defending target value was given. Finally, via an example, the result of this evaluation technology was correct and can decrease the evaluation error efficiently. The method proposed by this paper is valuable for commander's decision making.
