三级磁阻型线圈发射器工作过程仿真研究

摘要

为提高弹丸发射速度,需要利用多个驱动线圈对弹丸的连续加速。对三级磁阻型线圈发射器进行了理论分析,利用Ansoft有限元分析软件仿真研究了其工作过程,重点分析了触发位置对三级磁阻型线圈发射器发射性能的影响。仿真分析表明,触发位置对三级磁阻型线圈发射器的发射性能影响较大,每一级驱动线圈都存在最佳触发位置,使弹丸出口速度及能量转换效率达到最大。研究成果将为后续多级磁阻型线圈发射器的设计与试验提供参考。

Abstract

In order to increase the velocity of the projectile, lots of driving coils are required to accelerate the projectile continuously. Theoretical analysis of e three-stage reluctance coil launcher was made, its working process was simulated by the way of position trigger with the Ansoft software, and the influence of the trigger position on properties of the three-stage reluctance coil launcher was analyzed particularly. The analysis shows that the trigger position has bigger influence on its properties in the design of the three-stage reluctance coil launcher. Each driving coil has the best trigger position to make the projectile exit velocity and energy conversion efficiency is maximum. The research result can be referred by follow-up design and experiment of multi-stage reluctance coil launcher.
