摘要

为了准确描述预控破片战斗部爆炸过程,设计并建立了虚拟战斗部爆炸仿真系统。该系统通过各功能模块集成,实现了战斗部爆炸威力场的动态生成,在UG几何建模和LS-DYNA数值仿真结果的基础上,通过材料参数修改和算法改进,实现预控破片场可视化仿真,利用C++进行接口处理程序开发,得到预控破片飞散特性数据文件。以某型预控破片战斗部为例进行了实例分析,仿真结果与理论基本一致,验证了模型建立的有效性和仿真系统的可靠性,为预控破片战斗部设计和效能评估提供参考。

Abstract

In order to describe explosion process of pre-formed fragment warhead accurately, a warhead explosion simulation system was established. In the system, the dynamic explosion power field was formed with integrated functional modules. With material parameter modification and algorithm improvements, the fragments' field was visualized based on UG modeling and LS-DYNA simulation results, and the data file of fragments scattering characteristics were built by developing interface-processing programs with C++ Taking an example of a certain type of pre-formed fragment warhead, the results were consistent with the theory and the system was proved effective and reliable, which provides a reference for the pre-formed fragment warhead design and performance evaluation.
