摘要

全状态点火试验是固冲发动机工作和性能参数测试的主要手段,也是冲压发动机在地面发射前的重要验证试验。冲压发动机点火瞬间助推器和燃气发生器存在较大的压强差,可能对石墨喷口、燃气流量调节舱造成破坏。文中从瞬态压强变化的角度,研究了点火瞬间助推器和燃气发生器的压强平衡过程并与试验结果进行了对比。结果表明,点火过程中会存在短暂的反向压强差,在结构设计时应考虑双向限位措施。

Abstract

Unite ignition experiment is a main method to test working process and performance of solid rocket ramjet, and is the key demonstration test conducted before ground launch test. During ignition transient, there is sizable difference between the pressure of booster chamber and that of gas generator chamber, which could destroy the structure of gas generator nozzle and the flow-control equipments. In view of transformation of transient pressure, the pressure equilibrium process of booster chamber and gas generator chamber was investigated and the results were compared with the test results. The results show that there is transitory pressure difference during the ignition transient, which should be considered during the design process of solid rocket ramjet.
