摘要

针对复合材料发射器筒体透湿率指标评价,分析了空气中的水汽透入筒体后对内装弹药贮存性能的影响,论述了基于传感技术的透湿率测试方法和传统吸湿剂称重测试方法的原理和特点,研究了两种试验方法测定的复合材料发射器筒体透湿率数据,并采用三点式湿度指示纸进行了跟踪。试验获得的数据对复合材料弹箭发射器结构设计具有重要的参考价值。

Abstract

In view of moisture vapor transmission rate (MVTR) indicator evaluation of composite launcher, the influence of permeated vapor on storage performance of inside ammunition was analyzed, and the principles and features of sensing techology based MVTR test methods and traditional hygroscopic agent weighting test method were discussed. The MVTR data of composite launcher tested by above two test methods were researched and then tested using three-point moisture indicating paper. The data obtained in the experiment has important reference value for structure design of composite ammunition launcher.
