摘要

适应高新弹药快速研制的需求,针对已有数值模拟手段在建模及后处理过程中存在的问题,基于参数化建模及数据挖掘思想,对聚能装药仿真专家系统进行了研究与开发。仿真专家系统中引入了网格比例缩放因子,实现了参数化结构设计、自适应网格剖分的快速前处理模块;将LS-DYNA的示踪点处理功能集成了专业后处理模块,可快速及系统分析聚能装药射流作用过程中的细节。仿真实例运行结果表明该软件平台能够满足设计人员的要求。

Abstract

According to the demand for high-tech ammunition development, based on the idea of parameterized molding and data digging, a special integrated simulation evaluation system of shaped charge was studied and designed. The scale factor of meshing was applied in the way of producing parameterized geometric model and mesh model, and adaptive mesh model was gotten quickly from pre-processing module. Tracer points processing of LS-DYNA software was integrated into post-processing module of numeral simulation system. It can be used to simulate and evaluate particular jet performance of shaped charge warhead quickly. The result indicates that it can well meet requirement of professional designer for shaped charge.
