高速非稳定弹体次口径发射试验技术研究

摘要

为满足高速非稳定试验弹体的次口径发射需要,设计了适于100mm滑膛火炮发射的卡瓣式次口径弹托,通过试验研究了弹托分离过程及分离后弹体的飞行姿态;实验结果表明,次口径弹托在8.5m内即可彻底分离,对弹体飞行姿态影响较小;非稳定弹体在弹托分离后仍然存在姿态稳定的着靶区间,该次口径弹托结构可用于非稳定弹体的高速侵彻试验。

Abstract

A sub-caliber sabot was designed for high-speed unstable projectile launched by 100 mm smooth-bore cannon. High-speed penetration experiments were conducted to study the flight attitude of projectile during sabot separation and after its discarding. The experimental results indicate that the sabot can be completely separated within 8.5 m, and has smaller effect on projectile flight attitude; unstable projectile will keep stability flight attitude to penetrate into target rightly in a distance after sabot discarding. It proved that this sabot can be used in high-speed penetration experiment.
