摘要

为了研究内外罩材料对串联EFP的成型及侵彻性能的影响,文中设计了5种不同材料组合的双层药型罩,运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA仿真软件模拟了各组不同材料双层药型罩EFP的成型形态,并与X光试验对照,验证了数值模拟结果的准确性。从数值模拟结果中择优成型性能较好的串联EFP进行静态侵彻试验,从试验结果来看,铝纯铁组侵彻体开坑直径和入口口径较大,且已击穿钢筋混凝土靶体,表现出了较好的侵彻性能。

Abstract

In order to research on effects of materials of internal and external cover on formation process and penetration performance of tandem EFP, five groups of double layer liners with different materials were designed. ANSYS/LS-DYNA was applied to simulate formation pattern of the five groups and compared with results of X-ray experiment, the accuracy of numerical simulation was verified. The tandem EFP with most favorable property was chosen for static penetration test. The results show that crater and inlet diameter of the Al-pure Fe group is larger. Besides, the reinforced concrete target has been broken through, which performs a favorable penetration property.
