摘要

为获得新型富燃料膏体推进剂的质量流量,在新型膏体冲压发动机研制过程中开展了两种测量方案的研究,分别为称重法和变换介质法。文中对新型富燃料膏体推进剂的特性进行了简要描述,并列举了其对流量测量的影响。然后分别介绍了两种质量流量测量方案的原理,并通过试验对比了两种方案的优劣。通过对比,变换介质法更能准确测量膏体推进剂的质量流量。

Abstract

In order to obtain mass flow rate of a new pasty fuel-rich propellant, two measuring methods were studied in the development process of new pasty propellant ramjet, one is weighing, another is changing medium. The paper introduces the character of new pasty fuel-rich propellant briefly, and lists some influences on flow measurement. After that, measuring principle of two methods are introduced, two methods are compared in test. By contrast, the method of changing medium can measure mass flow rate of pasty propellant more accurately.
