Finite element simulation method for dynamic characteristics of the structure had been widely used, but the accuracy of the result was affected by various parameters. Thus it is necessary to improve the accuracy of the analysis model by using experimental modal data to correct simulation results. The method of structural analysis of the missile launchers was proposed based on LMS Test. Lab hybrid simulation in the research background of missile launching. Hybrid simulation result showed dangerous stress region in the missile launcher design, then we improved the missile launcher structure based on the simulation result. The method shows its application value on missile launcher's structural design in engineering.
