摘要

随着武器系统复杂度的提高和作战任务多样性的发展,对射手的训练提出了更高的要求,训练评估方法也需要进一步完善。文中根据武器系统射手训练考核的综合要求,提出了一种基于模糊的层次分析综合评估方法,对射手的操作训练过程进行综合评价,为部队的训练考核提供依据。该方法经部队的实际应用,验证结果表明,其评估结果能正确地反映射手的实际训练水平和部队的训练效果。

Abstract

With development of weapon system complexity and mission diversification, not only gunner training, but also training evaluation method should be further improved. According to comprehensive evaluation requirements for gunner training examination on a weapon system, a comprehensive evaluation method based on FAHP (fuzzy analytic hierarchy process) was provided, which can evaluate gunner's operation training process and provide examining evidence for force. According to application, the method is proved can reflect actual training level of gunner and training effectiveness of force.
