摘要

随机起爆子弹引信设计是随机起爆子母弹的一项关键技术,为了精确控制子弹起爆,根据某随机起爆子弹药的工作要求,对随机起爆子弹引信工作过程进行了研究,设计了由滑块和推力弹簧组成的子弹引信隔离机构。通过严密的理论给出了推力弹簧的7个参数;对滑块机构进行受力分析。结合工程实际,给出了滑块解除隔离时间。结果表明,所设计的随机起爆子弹引信隔离机构科学合理。

Abstract

Structure design is a key technology for a random bullet detonating fuze. In order to accurately control the bullet detonation, according to work requirements for some random detonating submunition, the working process of the bomblet fuze was studied. Isolation mechanism composed of slider and thrust spring ess designed. Seven parameters of thrust spring were presented through rigorous theory. Force of the slider mechanism was analyzed. Based on engineering practice, the time of releasing from quarantine was given. The results show that the design of isolation mechanism is scientific and rational.
