Isolation Mechanism Design for Random Detonating Fuze

Structure design is a key technology for a random bullet detonating fuze. In order to accurately control the bullet detonation, according to work requirements for some random detonating submunition, the working process of the bomblet fuze was studied. Isolation mechanism composed of slider and thrust spring ess designed. Seven parameters of thrust spring were presented through rigorous theory. Force of the slider mechanism was analyzed. Based on engineering practice, the time of releasing from quarantine was given. The results show that the design of isolation mechanism is scientific and rational.
