摘要

空投过程伴随着复杂的加速度变化,其中最重要的就是过载问题。文中针对该现象,设计了具有抗高过载性能的加速度记录仪。进一步结合理论推导和测试试验,对该记录仪进行了实际验证。首先利用马歇特锤冲击试验对系统的抗过载性能进行了检验;其次利用火箭滑车模拟开伞过载试验,获得了开伞加速度试验数据;最后对比试验结果和理论推导,发现系统误差在8%的范围内,证明该记录仪有实用价值。

Abstract

Acceleration has complicated changes in airdrop process, overload is the most important. Aiming at the phenomenon, an acceleration recorder of high overload resistance was designed. Furthermore, with combination of theoretical derivation with test, actual validation was given. Firstly, the Marshall's hammer impact test was used to examine overload resistance performance: Secondly, parachate-opening overload test was used to simulate rockets block and acceleration data was obtained. Finally, comparison was made between the test results and theoretical calculation, the error was found within 8%, this shows the recorder has practical value.
