摘要

为了研究导弹垂直发射装置中导弹支脚和导轨配合间隙对发射影响,对其装配关系进行简化和数学建模,建立配合间隙参数与偏差角关系式。在考虑导轨安装误差情况下,讨论了配合间隙参数对装置通过性影响;利用动力仿真模型,讨论配合间隙参数与发射精度的关系。最后,利用上述关系模型和结论,开发出仿真原型系统,为发射装置配合间隙设计提供参考和指导。

Abstract

In order to study the tolerance in missile vertical launching system (VLS), we simplified the assembly model and reconstructed it with mathematical methods, established the tolerance parameter and deviation angle mathematical formulas. Considering the assembly errors of guide rail in missile vertical launcher system, the effect of assembly gap parameters on the system was studied at first, and then dynamic simulation model was established, the relationship between assembly gap parameters and missile launching accuracy was researched. At last, the above relationship model and conclusions were used; a prototype simulation system was developed, providing foundation and guidance for design of missile vertical launching system.
