摘要

针对微通道传爆,设计了一种装有条形导爆药的微小型错列式传爆序列,改进了条形装药的压装方法。在条形导爆药两端分别使用微小型电雷管和传爆管作为输入和输出,形成具有两个直角的传爆通道,进行雷管对正的传爆试验和雷管错列的隔爆试验。结果表明:改进后的压装方法工艺性良好;0.8mm药高的条形导爆药传爆可靠,雷管与导爆药最近距离为2mm隔爆安全。

Abstract

A micro-miniature explosive train of loaded strip-shaped detonating explosive was designed for propagation in the micro-channel. Pressing methods of strip-shaped charge were improved. The micro-miniature electric detonator and booster at both terminals of strip-shaped detonating explosive were used as input and output of explosive train, and the propagation channel with two right angles was formed. According to detonating test by displacing the detonator in-line and explosive-proof test by displacing the detonator out-line, the technology of improved charging ways are all right, 0.8 mm strip-shaped detonating explosive can detonate reliably, 2 mm explosive-proof safety can be achieved by the shortest distance from electric detonator to detonating explosive.
