摘要

为了研究穿爆战斗部装药对舰艇组合舱室的毁伤效应,运用有限元软件ANSYS-DYNA进行舱室内爆炸仿真。分析了爆炸载荷作用下主舱和后邻舱舱内流场分布、压力变化及其破坏模式,评估了穿爆战斗部装药对组合舱室的毁伤效果。两级装药爆炸产生的冲击波相互作用,提高了主舱室内的冲击波峰值和准静态压力值,增强了对主舱室的毁伤能力,能够实现对舰艇组合舱室的高效毁伤。研究结果为舰艇组合舱室毁伤评估提供了参考。

Abstract

In order to research the damage effect of semi-armor-piercing warhead charge explosion on combined cabin of vessel, the finite element software ANSYS-DYNA was used to simulate the process of internal explosion. The damage effect of semi-armor-piercing warhead charge explosion was evaluated through analyzing distribution of explosive flow field, pressure variety under explosive loading in cabin and the failure mode. The results show that semi-armor-piercing warhead charge can cause efficient damage to combined cabin; the interaction of shock waves of two-stage charge explosion can increase the peak value of shock waves pressure and quasi-static pressure in cabin, enhancing damage ability to the cabin. The results can provide reference for damage evaluation of combined cabin of vessel.
