To improve shipboard gun’s hit precision, simulation research is done based on the ballistic equation of shipboard gun, the goal is to analysis effects on hit precision of the ship movements and meteorological parameters such as ship heading, attitude, velocity, sea area pressure, temperature, wind velocity, and determine the key factors. The simulation results show that hit position error overpasses 80 meters due to ship heading or attitude error of 0.5°, 30 meters due to wind velocity error of 1m/s, 20 meters due to pressure relative error of 1%. It can be concluded that the key point to raise the hit precision of shipboard gun is to increase ship heading and attitude, wind velocity and pressure determination accuracy.
