To deal with the vulnerable problem of UAV against mesoband electromagnetic pulse, taking the quad-rotor UAV as the research object, its structure and function are analyzed. The sensitivity of the receiver was analyzed by the electromagnetic sensitivity mechanism. The terminal response voltage with the load of 50Ω was calculated by field-circuit coupling. The vulnerability calculation was carried out, and the relationship between field strength, repetition frequency and damage probability was obtained. The damage threshold under the action of three electromagnetic pulse sources was obtained by system-level effect test. Studies have shown that the components most vulnerable to interference and damage are receivers and GPS. As the re-frequency increases, the field strength threshold decreases and the probability of damage increases.
