In order to reduce the cost of high-value ammunition fuze testing experiment, the conventional projectile fuze launch environment simulation method, through the analysis of the classical interior ballistics, establish multiple variables optimization algorithm, research the combination of loading of the yuan and the impact of environment change on the launch, get lower bore pressure high-value ammunition at the beginning of the required speed and took overload, to simulate a fuze launch environment, simulation experiment confirmed that the algorithm can meet the requirements, to save a high-value ammunition fuze development and test cost has significant meaning.
