摘要

提出一种新型无人机空中旋转发射总体方案,并利用三维实体建模软件CATIA和动力学仿真软件ADAMS联合建立载机、无人机、发射架等的实体三维模型;对空中发射无人机过程进行了动力学仿真,得到了在给定发射初速度条件下无人机质心位移的变化曲线和无人机顶点与货舱底面垂向距离变化曲线,分析了空中发射无人机方案的可行性。分析结果表明:无人机在0.19 s可以出舱,且在整个过程中无人机与货舱不会发生碰撞,无人机可以安全离开载机。

Abstract

In order to prove the feasibility of the UAV's overall air launch scheme, the three-dimensional solid model of the carrier, UAV and launcher is established by using the three-dimensional solid modeling software CATIA and dynamic simulation software ADAMS.The dynamic simulation of the process of launching UAV in the air is carried out, and the variation law of the UAV's center of mass displacement during the launching process is obtained, and the scheme of launching UAV in the air is analyzed.Feasibility, the results show that the scheme is feasible and the UAV can leave the carrier safely.
