Numerical Optimization of a Three-duct Trapped Vortex Combustor with Middle Wedge

提出了一种带中间楔体的三通道进气驻涡燃烧室,将正交试验设计与方差分析相结合,取5个几何参数为研究对象,对燃烧室性能进行研究。结果表明,对燃烧效率影响由大到小的因素分别为θ、H2/H1、L2/H1、D/S、L1/H1,其中θ占71.76%,H2/H1占20.13%,其他因素影响较小;对总压损失系数影响由大到小的因素依次为H2/H1、θ、L2/H1、L1/H1、D/S,其中H2/H1占53.58%,θ占31.56%,而其他因素影响较小。当θ=75°、D/S=3.5%、 L1/H1=1、L2/H1=2.8、H2/H1=0.9时,燃烧效率达到最大值98.75%,此时的总压损失系数为1.58%。

A three-duct Trapped Vortex Combustor (TVC) with middle wedge was proposed,based on orthogonal experimental design and variance analysis method,5 geometric parameters was adopted to analyze the performance of the TVC by numerical simulation and theoretical analysis. The results show the factors affecting combustion efficiency are θ, H2/H1, L2/H1, D/S and L1/H1 respectively, which H2/H1 holds 53.58% of the total factors and θ takes over 31.56%. As to total pressure loss coefficient the factors of H2/H1, θ, L2/H1, L1/ and D/S follows. The maximum combustion efficiency is 98.75%, when θ=75°, D/S=3.5%, L1/H1=1, L2/H1=2.8, H2/H1=0.9 and total pressure loss coefficient1.58%.
