摘要

通过Adams建立某型弹翼展开机构动力学分析模型,基于“动量交换理论”模型定义考虑间隙的运动副,进行展开机构运动精度的确定性分析。考虑到几何尺寸、载荷等随机因素的影响,采用四阶矩可靠性分析方法,对展开机构运动精度可靠性及其灵敏度进行了分析。计算结果表明提高气动作动筒的可靠性对其可靠性的提升有重大作用,同时加工及装配工艺的提升也可以有效提高其可靠性。

Abstract

A dynamic model of wing unfolding mechanism was established by Adams.Based on the momentum exchange theory, a joint defining method was set up to take into account clearance of joints.Then, the kinematic accuracy of wing unfolding mechanism was analyzed.Considering random factors in geometry and load conditions, kinematic accuracy reliability and sensitivity analysis of the unfolding mechanism were carried out by the fourth moment method.Reliability of the unfolding mechanism and sensitivity of basic random parameters were obtained as a result.The sensitivity results show that improvement of combustion-gas-actuated cylinder's reliability has great effect on reliability enhancement of unfolding mechanism.Meanwhile, improvement of machining and assembling techniques may increase mechanism's reliability.
