摘要

为了分析非对称结构在爆炸作用下的能量输出规律,文中以D字形结构为研究对象,对其在端部偏心和中心起爆下的破片飞散特性进行了实验研究,同时结合有限元计算软件LS-DYNA对5种不同结构在不同起爆方式下的破片飞散过程进行数值模拟,获得了破片能量分布规律。研究结果表明:双端面偏心起爆为D字形结构起爆的最优方式,横截面直线部分对应的圆心角介于90°~120°间时毁伤效果更好。

Abstract

In order to obtain explosion energy dispersion rules of confined asymmetric structure, experiments of a D-shape warhead in center initiation mode and off-center initiation mode on end faces were conducted to analyze fragment projection angles.The fragment ejection process of five different structures at different initiation modes were simulated by using the finite element software LS-DYNA.The study result shows that:as for the D-shape warhead, off-center initiation at both ends is the best initiation mode; Better damage effect can be achieved by controlling length of deformed arc intervenient between third and quarter of circumference.
