引信过载数据的无线传输系统研究

摘要

针对现有的弹载存储系统具有操作不便、回收过程复杂危险等问题,设计了数据采集无线传输系统,系统利用压电传感器,以C8051F340为主控芯片,结合FRAM芯片,以nRF24L01作为无线收发芯片,并设计天线及匹配电路。经实验验证,数据传输速率可达450kbps,空旷距离为90m时,数据仍能可靠传输,对一定厚度的混凝土及铝等非屏蔽介质下具有一定的穿透性,穿透混凝土的最大厚度为3m。通过动态模拟实验,系统可准确接收加速度数据,误差在1.5%以下,符合实际要求。

Abstract

Data collection wireless transmission system was designed for solving the problem of inconvenient operation and complex recycling process of onboard storage test system.The C8051F340-based system uses piezoelectric acceleration sensor with combination of FRAM chip, taking nRF24L01 as a wireless transceiver chip for antenna design and circuit matching.According to experimental verification, data transfer rate is up to 450 kbps.When open distance is as far as 90 m, data can still be transmitted reliably.It can penetrate well in unshielded objects such as concrete and aluminum products with certain thickness.The maximum thickness for concrete penetration is 3 m.Accurate data was received by the dynamic simulation system with measurement error less than 1.5%.It meets the requirements.
