六棱柱破片冲击起爆带壳B炸药速度阈值研究

摘要

文中根据六棱钨柱破片冲击起爆带壳B炸药实验,利用Autodyn-3D软件进行仿真。B炸药应用点火增长Lee-Tarver模型,得出炸药压力云图以及B炸药内部观测点压力变化曲线,仿真数据与实验结果吻合。在此基础上计算出六棱柱最大迎风面积及其冲击起爆阈值速度,得出双六棱柱破片不同间距与阈值速度的关系和单破片冲击不同盖板厚度阈值速度曲线。研究结果对反导战斗部破片杀伤元素的设计具有指导意义。

Abstract

Based on experiment of hexagonal prism fragment impacting on comp B with shell, Autodyn-3D software was used for simulation.Comp B material uses Lee-Tarver EOS for pressure nephogram of comp B and pressure curve of internal observation point, the simulation data and experimental results were consistent.Based on it, the biggest windward area of hexagonal prism fragment and its threshold velocity were calculated, the relationship of threshold speed with different spacing when double hexagonal prism fragment impacting on it and the curve of threshold speed with different thickness shell were got.This result is significant to lethality of fragment in missile warhead.
