A Design of Electromagnetic Shielding for Built-in Pressure Testing Instrument

针对现有采用内触发方式的内置式压力测试仪,在火炮膛压测试中易受到伴随的电磁干扰,从而影响测试仪的测量精度等问题,特提出基于内置式压力测试仪的电磁屏蔽设计,通过对电磁屏蔽的理论分析及相关计算,设计了内置式压力测试仪的最佳壳体屏蔽模型,确定了屏蔽体的材料。采用AnsoftMaxwell软件对壳体的屏蔽设计进行了电磁仿真,仿真结果验证了设计的合理性,为解决内置式压力测试仪的电磁屏蔽提供了可行的方案。

Since built-in pressure testing instrument adopting internal triggering method is susceptible to electromagnetic interference in artillery gun pressure testing, thus affecting testing precision of pressure testing instrument. In this paper, an electromagnetic shielding design was presented based on built-in pressure testing instrument. Through theoretical analysis and calculation of electromagnetic shielding, a useful shielding shell mode of the built-in pressure testing instrument, was designed and the shielding material was determined. Also, Ansoft Maxwell software was used to conduct electromagnetic simulation for shell shield design. The simulation results verify rationality of the design, a feasible scheme is provided to solve the problem of electromagnetic shielding of built-in pressure testing instrument.
