摘要

针对强振动环境中破片速度测试信号难于处理的问题,在对静爆振动信号进行分析的基础上,提出了基于EMD的信号处理方法。在获取信号的各阶本征模函数(IMF)的基础上,结合信号的特征,构建适用的带通滤波系统;再通过相关函数值确定过靶信号的对应关系;然后通过斜率最大法获取信号的特征点,从而计算出破片的飞行速度。多次实验结果表明,该算法对于强振动环境中的破片速度测试信号处理有较强的适用性,具有一定的实用价值。

Abstract

In view of difficulty in signal processing for warhead velocity measurement in strong vibration environment, an adaptive filtering algorithm was proposed based on EMD for preprocessing after a series of analysis of static explosion signal.Fragment signal was dissociated for intrinsic mode function (IMF), and bandpass filter system was constructed according to the characteristic of fragment target signal.Then, the cross-correlation value of target signal was calculated in two channels to determine corresponding relationship between them.Finally, characteristic point of the target signal was obtained by maximum slope method to calculate instantaneous speed of fragment.Multiple experimental results show that the algorithm has a certain practical value, which could provide an effective signal preprocessing method to obtain fragment velocity test results in strong vibration environment accurately.
