摘要

弹药飞行姿态和战斗部破片威力测量是武器系统研制中非常关心的问题,影像测量是一种非常直观可信的方法,然而由于火光的影响,普通高速摄影容易曝光饱和,无法得到火光中的弹丸影像;而且对于高速运动弹丸,普通高速摄像还会造成弹丸影像模糊拖尾。文中介绍了一种多脉冲激光弹药姿态测试系统,可以排除强烈自发光的干扰,获得清晰的高速弹丸影像。通过试验验证,该测量系统有效可靠,能够较好的满足武器系统威力瞬态测试需求。

Abstract

Ammunition flight attitude and warhead fragment power measurement are problems that need to be carefully considered in the process of weapon system trituration.The image measurement is very intuitive and credible.However, because of the influence of the flame, ordinary high speed photography is easy to achieve exposure saturation, that it cannot get the projectile's image in the flame.And for high speed moving projectile, ordinary high speed camera will also cause blur and trailing of the projectile's image.In this paper, it presents a multiple pulse laser test system, which can eliminate the interference of strong self-illumination, in order to get a clear image of high speed projectile.Through the test, this measurement system is effective and reliable, and it can better meet the demand of weapon system power transient test.
