摘要

为了提高作战平台任务载荷的携带量,使用拓扑优化技术对无人武器站进行轻量化设计。通过对原有结构的仿真分析,获得了优化所需的设计边界条件,并以轻武器模块和回转平台的优化过程为例,研究了单元密度提取阈值对结果的影响。模型重建并仿真分析,验证了拓扑优化技术的可靠性,与原结构相比,新的设计方案在满足各约束条件下,实现减重11.1%。

Abstract

In order to improve the carrying capacity of the mission load, the topology optimization technology is used to lightly design the unmanned weapon station. Through the simulation analysis of the original structure, the design boundary conditions requir for optimization were obtained. Taking the small arms module and the platform as examples, the influence of the element density threshold on the results is studied. The reconstruction of the model is carried out, and the results of the analysis verified the reliability of the topology optimization technology. Compared with the original structure, the new design solution achieves 11.1% weight reduction under the constraints.
