摘要

针对空天防御作战指挥中的目标威胁评估问题,在空天目标评估指标不确定信息的区间数量化,指标权重未知的情况下,提出了一种粒子群优化组合权重的直觉模糊空天威胁评估方法。该方法在考虑决策者对指标偏好和客观优化排序的基础上,采用粒子群算法优化主客观组合赋权的目标函数获得指标权重,然后构建了多属性直觉模糊威胁评估模型。最后,通过空天目标威胁评估实例验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract

Aiming at the problem of the target threat assessment of the aerospace defense operation command, the method that combination weighting with Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)for the aerospace threat assessment base on intuitionistic fuzzy is proposed, in the case of the uncertain information of aerospace target assessment indexes being interval quantified, and the weights of the indexes being unknown. In this method, the weights of the indexes are obtained in the way that optimize the function of subjective and objective weights by PSO base on considering the index preference of the decision makers and the objective optimization rank synthetically. Then the multi-attribute intuitionistic fuzzy threat assessment model is constructed. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by an example of aerospace target threat assessment.
