Energy-Efficient Optimization Algorithm for Non-orthogonal Multiple Access Unmanned Aerial System

针对基于单架无人机的空中基站为灾区居民提供通信服务的应用场景,提出用户服务质量约束下无人机能效优化算法(energy-efficient optimization of unmanned aerial vehicle algorithm under quality of service constraints, EEOA)。旨在满足用户服务质量条件下,实现无人机能效的最大化。用户采用非正交多址接入策略向无人机传输数据,无人机端采用串行干扰删除技术解调各用户信号。首先,推导满足服务质量条件下优化无人机能效的目标函数;然后通过数学转换处理,得到关于无人机高度的目标函数;最后,利用二分法求解,得到最优的无人机高度值。仿真结果表明,相比于均衡正交多址接入算法,提出的EEOA算法有效地提高了无人机能效。

For the application scenario that unmanned aerial vehicle-based aerial base station provide communication for residents in disaster areas, energy-efficient optimization of unmanned aerial vehicle algorithm under QoS of users constraints (EEOA) is proposed in this paper. It aims to maximize the energy-efficient of UAV under QoS of users constraints. Users transmit data to UAV in non-orthogonal multiple access way. The UAV uses continuous interference cancellation technology to decode the messages of each user.Firstly, energy-efficiency optimization function under QoS of users constraints is constructed. Then, the objective function is about height of UAV through mathematical transformation. Finally, the optimal height of UAV is obtained by bisection method. The simulation results show that the proposed EEOA algorithm effectively improves the energy efficiency compared with the equivalent orthogonal multiple access (OMA) algorithm.
