摘要

为研究高压载荷下柔性喷管的力学特性,设计了以硅橡胶为弹性件的柔性接头,测试了其在12.3 MPa、±7°摆幅时的响应特性。根据超弹性材料应变能密度理论,通过试验获得了材料的ODGEN二阶本构方程系数,利用有限元分析为复杂工程问题的数值解法提供了参考。计算表明,弹性件应力集中区位于柔性接头0°和180°摆动平面,该区域是最先疲劳失效的区域,驱动接头转动的力主要是克服弹性件的剪切应力,其经向剪应力τ13远大于纬向剪应力 ${{\tau }_{1}}_{2}$

Abstract

To investigate the mechanical of flexible nozzle under high pressure load, a flexible joint with silicone rubber was designed.The dynamic characteristics of flexible joint under 12.3 MPa、swing amplitude ±7°was tested.According to the theory of strain energy density of hyperplastic material, Axial-tension and simple shear test were implemented to achieve 2nd order ODGEN behavior parameters.The finite element analysis was carried out to predict dynamic performance of flexible joint well.The maximum stress is in the 0°and 180°swing plane.The force that drives the flexible joint to rotate is mainly to overcome the shear stress of the elastic member, and the longitude shear stress is much larger than the latitude stress.
