摘要

为了掌握35mm高射炮钝感发射药的内弹道性能,结合钝感8/1发射药的燃烧规律得到该炮特有的内弹道数学模型,应用四阶五级龙格库塔法编制Matlab程序求解该模型。结果表明内弹道仿真结果和参考文献提供的实验结果一致性较好。应用该模型对不同钝感剂含量的钝感发射药进行内弹道计算,计算出在其它装填条件一定的情况下,钝感发射药钝感剂含量对内弹道的影响,可知钝感剂含量的微减小即会引起膛压的急剧升高,当包覆层完全失效,最大膛压高达479MPa,增大了35.54%。钝感剂的失效将严重影响射击安全,给火炮射击安全性带来威胁。

Abstract

To study the speciality of the interior ballistic for 35mm antiaircraft artillery with deterred-propellant, the mathematic model was established combining with the burning rule of 8/1 deterred-propellant to describe the 35 mm antiaircraft projectile's motion in the bore Runge-Kutta methods was use to program by Matlab software. The simulation result consisted with the experiment which come from referrence well. The model was computed respectively with different desensitizer content, The result showed that the desensitizer content of the deterred-propellant influenced on the speciality of the interior ballistic intensively. The little decrease of the desensitizer content could result in the maximal pressure in the bore rising rapid. When the inhibitor is disabled, the maximal pressure was 479 MPa, increased 35.54%,so the invalidation of the desensitizer effect shoot satfy badly, and it would threaten the security of the antiaircraft.
