大型导弹起竖机构三铰点配置优化技术研究

摘要

根据某大型洲际导弹发射车快速起竖的需要,针对导弹发射车起竖装置采用三铰点、两级缸驱动的起竖机构,建立了三铰点起竖机构的数学模型,并分析了发射车起竖装置的结构力学特性。提出了以起竖时间、最大负载、驱动缸的两铰点安装位置范围等指标为约束条件,对起竖机构三铰点位置进行优化设计的方法,给出了三铰点最佳配置的位置关系图谱。仿真结果表明,经过优化设计后,导弹起竖机构可以有效缩短起竖时间,验证了方法的有效性。

Abstract

:According to the need for the rapid erection of a large intercontinental missile launcher, the mathematical model of erecting equipment is established, which is driven by three-hinge and two-stage cylinder. And the structural mechanical characteristics of the launcher erecting equipment are analyzed. Taking the erection time, maximum load and the installation range of the two hinge points of the driving cylinder as constraints, a method for optimizing the three hinge points of the erection equipment is proposed in this paper. The location relation map of the optimal configuration for three hinge points is given. The simulation results show that the missile erecting equipment can effectively shorten the erecting time of launcher erecting equipment after optimization design, and the effectiveness of the method is verified.
